PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise specified on a contract or statement of work signed by both Buyer and Onyx Path Solutions.  Onyx Path Solutions requires full payment in advance for delivery of all services. In the event Buyer fails to pay any invoice when due, Onyx Path Solutions reserves the right to suspend or limit services until all past due sums are paid.


Security
You agree that when you are issued a Password to access the support page area by Onyx Path Solutions, you shall use your best efforts to prevent access to this site with the Password issued, keeping such information strictly confidential, notifying  Onyx Path Solutions immediately if you discover loss or access to such information by another party not under your control and supervision.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
You are agreeing that any purchases made from this website is by your own accord without any coercion. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by Onyx Path Solutions to your credit card regarding Onyx Path Solutions for services rendered. In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing Onyx Path Solutions will investigate the matter further and issue a full refund if deemed necessary.

a.) Customer Cancellations within the First 4 Days of Registration for the Standard or Premium Monthly Plans. In the event you cancel the Standard or Premium monthly plan ordered prior to the expiration of 4 calendar days before any services are rendered by Onyx Path Solutions.  You will receive a full refund of the fees paid for the monthly plan.  If the the cancellation of service occurs after the 4 calendar days of order date period. For the Standard Monthly Plan, You will incur a cancellation fee of $33 dollars per day after the 4th calendar day of order or re-billing date. For the Premium Monthly Plan, You will incur a cancellation fee of $50 dollars per day starting after the 4th calendar day of order or re-billing date.

b.) For the basic plan, cancellation must occur before services are render by OnyxPath. No cancellation or refunds allowed after services are rendered.

d.) Notice of Cancellation. Subscriber must direct all cancellation requests to OnyxPath.Com via email sent to billing@onyxpath.com.


Private Policy / Third-Party Use of Information

We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personal identifiable information to third parties


Automated Payments & Services

Onyx Path Solutions does offer automatic payment services for customers that will automatic charge your credit card for recurring monthly Standard and Premium plans upon your request. For setup contact billing@onyxpath.com
